In EG1, there were no significant differences in muscle tone after the intervention. On the other hand, both EG2 and CG showed significant differences in muscle tone after the intervention.
In both EG1 and EG2, there was a significant increase in the AEO and LD values before and after the intervention.

In EG, significant differences were observed in the pre- and post-intervention values of UT, LD, RA, and IAO. In CG, however, there were no significant differences in any of these measures.
In the intergroup comparisons, EG showed significant differences compared to CG in UT, LD, RA, and IAO values, but there was no significant difference in EAO.

EG: experimental group, CG: control group, CT: Conventional therapy, CRT: Complex respiratory training, RMT: respiratory muscle training, AEO(EAO): abdominal external oblique muscle, LD: Latissimus dorsi muscle, UT: upper trapezius, RA: rectus abdominis, IAO: internal abdominal oblique
